i have sideview utils 1.3.5 installed on my search head. I have tried to install 3.0 version of SOS and it constantly prompts for sideview utils installation. am i missing something?

Page comes up but i get the following error on download: Not Found The requested URL /apps:startdownload/Splunk on Splunk (S.o.S) technology add-on for Windows/2.3.1/TA-SoS_WIN_2.3.1-159515.tar.gz was not found on this server.
