Hi,
I am receiving an error in the Licensing dashboard in the Xenapp for Splunk app. "Error in 'lookup' command: The lookup table 'citrix_license_type' does not exist."
I have confirmed that the Lookup Table Files C:Program FilesSplunketcappsSplunkAppForXenApplookupscitrix_license_type.csv I have ensured that the file exists on the filesystem, and in the Lookups area in the Splunk Manager. I have ensured that the lookup is Global and has R/W permissions for all users.
Has anyone run into this issue before? Anything I should be looking at?
