Anyone using Meraki Presence API to send AP stats to Splunk REST API?

Meraki cloud controller allows you to configure a secret and POST URL (to your server) in order to send JSON post files. I'm having trouble getting started within SPLUNK REST API to capture that data. Whether or not I need to setup a NameSpace or simply an endpoint. Obviously, this is my first attempt at the Splunk REST API. I have been successful running the curl commands to retrieve data from my local Splunk instance but I'm at a loss for how to setup a "Meraki" endpoint, if that is correct, to capture that data from the external cloud controller.
