Connecting to Heroku Postgresql DB

I am trying to add a connection to pgsql database on heroku and I getting this error when I click Fetch Database Names:

ERROR org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: FATAL: no pg_hba.conf entry for host "192.xxx.xxx.xx", user "zzzzzzzzzzzzzz", database "postgres", SSL off

192.xxx is the ip of my server splunk is installed.
